The best of the Daily Photo Blog for the week of August 21st - 27th.
I will be taking a vacation next week and there will be no more new photos, although I will set photos to be published automatically from my 2008 trip to England every day at 10:30.
... And about the photo ... I quite like patterns and twisty things. The texture and narrow depth of field are an added bonus to this photo of a dead plant that wrapped around the rails on our font steps.
This photograph is a macro shot at ISO 100 and an f-stop of 2.8.
